We like to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window of the Company for purchasing selling or dealing in the equity shares of the Company by the Promoters / Directors / Designated Persons will be closed from 1st April 2025 until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025
