Based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Bank the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 03 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Dr. Ram Jass Yadav (DIN: 08911900) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent liable to retire by rotation for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from January 03 2026 to January 02 2031 (both days inclusive).
