Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Ms. Harsha Singh has tendered her resignation from the position of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 13.05.2025 and has been appointed as a Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director of the Company
