Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2024-25 which is being sent through electronic mode only to the Members of the Company.
