Confirmation Certificate under Regulation 74 (5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.

The trading window in dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Thursday 1st January 2026 for the Directors Promoters Promoter Group Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.

Enclosed herewith copies of Newspaper advertisement published in Business standard (Ahemdabad and Kolkata edition- English Newspaper) and Aarthik Lipi (Bengali edition- Kolkata) on 14th November 2025 for Unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the second and half year ended on 30th September 2025.
