Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Bengaluru bench vide its order dated June 6 2025 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Merger. Appointed date of the Scheme is April 1 2025. The Company received intimation to this effect on June 11 2025.
