Further please note that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f. 24th May 2017. The trading window will be open upon the expiry of 48 hours of the newspaper publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2017
