Patna (Bihar), Apr 01 (ANI): Bihar Police started monitoring of 86 residents and 57 foreigners who had attended Markaz in Delhi's Nizamuddin. "Some of 86 Bihar residents are not in the state but other parts of country; we are coordinating with other states to trace them, 48 people have been quarantined already," said Bihar DGP's Gupteshwar Pandey.
