Cancer patient casts his vote amidst all odds

Guwahati (Assam), Apr 23 (ANI): A 68-year-old Basir Ali participated in the biggest festival of democracy. He is on last stage of cancer but came out of his bed just to cast his vote in Assam. The enthusiasm of Basir Ali inspired youths to cast vote as it is their responsibility to make democracy strong. Although doctors had told Basir Ali to take maximum rest, he choose to use his citizen right. He came up with his childhood friend and his son to cast their vote.
