CISF personnel dies in CGO complex fire, situation under control

New Delhi, Mar 06 (ANI): One (Central Industrial Security Force) CISF personnel died in the fire that had engulfed the office of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment at CGO Complex in New Delhi. The flames, however, have been doused by the fire officials. Fifth floor of the Pandit Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex had caught fire on Wednesday morning, and 23 fire tenders were brought to control the flames. "We initially sent 8 fire vehicles, but our officer told us that fire was huge. So, we sent a total of 23 fire vehicles. The fire was contained on the fifth floor itself. At 10:15 the fire was completely doused,"
