Complete lockdown announced in 19 states: Health Joint Secy

New Delhi, Mar 23 (ANI): Union Health Ministry briefed mediapersons on the latest development over the COVID-19. Union Health Ministry, Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal said, "A complete lockdown has been announced in 19 states and union territories. Some parts of 6 states and union territories have been kept under lockdown."
