Congress failed to get back its vote bank from AAP: PC Chacko

New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): While speaking to ANI in the national capital on February 12, the General Secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC), PC Chacko spoke on disappointing results of Congress in Delhi polls, where party once again failed to open its account. He said, "The downfall of the Congress party started in 2013 when Sheila Dikshit was the Chief Minister." "The emergence of a new party Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) took away the entire Congress vote bank. We didn't get it back. It still remains with AAP," AICC General Secretary added.
