COVID-19 adversely hits mango business in Maharashtra

Pune (Maharashtra), Apr 13 (ANI): Mango business is severely affected in Maharashtra's Pune due to coronavirus lockdown. The stock has been lying in the godowns due to less demand in the market. While speaking to ANI, a mango trader in Pune, Balraj Bhosle said, "Half of the stock that we have is not being sold as there are no customers in the market." "Also, we are facing problems in transporting it to other cities," he added. There are total 1985 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Maharashtra. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 7987 in India and 308 deaths.
