Foggy winters arrive in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): Winters intensified in the national capital on December 14 after a brief but heavy session of rainfall on December 12. India Gate was seen covered with a layer of fog. The temperature has dipped to several degrees in Delhi due to snowfall in hilly regions of North India.
