Heavy rain leads to flash flooding in Kinnaur District

Kinnaur (HP), July 23 (ANI): Heavy rain leads to flash floods in Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur. Due to sudden increase of water level in Kharogla drain caused flood-like situation. Flood has gripped the apple gardens of the villagers in Kinnaur district.
