New Delhi, Sep 30 (ANI): Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari hits back on Arvind Kejriwal's statement over free healthcare in Delhi, and said that Arvind Kejriwal is a 'purvanchal hater'. "We have Prime Minister Narendra Modi's healthcare scheme worth 5 lakh (Ayushmaan Bharat Scheme). Why not he implemented the scheme in Delhi", Manoj Tiwari further added. On September 29, Arvind Kejriwal said, "One person from Bihar buys a ticket to Delhi for Rs 500, returns after availing free treatment worth Rs 5 lakhs. While it makes us happy as they are people of our own country, but Delhi has its own capacity. How can Delhi serve people of entire country?"
