Mulayam's shocker: Boys err at times, wrong to hang rapists

Moradabad, April 10 (ANI): Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday sparked outrage with his comments questioning the new anti-rape law. Addressing a rally in Moradabad, Mulayam said that boys make mistakes at times and they should not be hanged for it. Mulayam has said that his party would change the law that entails death for rape.
