PM Modi has made villages the pillars of development: Yogi Adityanath

Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), May 06 (ANI): Amid the Lok Sabha elections, while addressing a meeting of village heads in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur today, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, "While many in the past only talked, it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has worked towards making Panchayat Raj a success. He made villages the pillars of development. Every Gram Panchayat today gets Rs 1 crore, if it has a population of 10, 000 that never happened before 2014."
