Gurdaspur (Punjab), Sep 06 (ANI): Punjab Chief Minister, Captain Amarinder Singh met people who were injured in the explosion that took place at a fire-cracker factory in Gurdaspur's Batala on September 04. In the incident, 23 people were killed and 20 got injured. Congress leader Sunil Kumar Jakhar was also present. '
