Section 144 imposed in Karnataka's Kodagu, several shops shut

Kodagu (Karnataka), Dec 20 (ANI): Section 144 of CrPC (prohibiting assembly of more than four people in an area) has been imposed in Karnataka's Kodagu amidst call for further protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act. Many shops were shut down amid intense protests against new citizenship law. Nation-wide protests have been intensified after the implementation of new Citizenship Act.
