Dual SIM cell phone arrives

Tata Indicom today launched a dual mode handset, Samsung Duo, which can run both GSM and CDMA-based mobile connections. "Instead of carrying two phones, a person can carry just one now - the Samsung Duo," Vinayak Deshpande, president, Tata Teleservices said today. The Samsung Duo has been priced at Rs 11,999, and Tata Teleservices would be launching about 15,000 phones in the next couple of days, he added.
