PM Modi attends 'India-US Start-up Konnect 2015' in San Jose

San Jose, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is in San Jose city of California on Monday attended the India-US Start-up Konnect 2015 where he will also address the audience and share his vision on 'Start up India, Stand up India'. IT industry body Nasscom, TiE Silicon Valley, and IIM Ahmedabad's CIIE India is hosting the first India-US Startup Konnect in the Silicon Valley to showcase the strengths of India's start-up ecosystem. The start-ups are exhibiting products, prototypes and achievements to their investors and other potential Valley partners, a statement said. Meanwhile, a California based businessman Charanjit Singh said that the India-US start up Konnect will be of great benefit for both countries. The Indus entrepreneurs president Venkatesh Shukla underlined the importance of PM Modi's interest and understanding of the start-ups.
