To wind up the affairs of the Company as Members Voluntary Winding up and appointed M/s. India Law alliance as liquidator to conduct the winding up procedure.<BR><BR>2. To appoint Mr. Kumar Naga Sri Rama Chavva as Non Executive Independent Director.
