Handover of Companies Affairs to the Liquidator

Sigrun Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Special Resolution dated June 24 2016 and subsequent intimations to the Bombay Stock Exchange with regards to the Liquidation of the Company the Board of Directors of the Company have handed over the affairs of the Company to the Liquidator - M/s India Law Alliance w.e.f. July 14 2016.
