Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that Ms Deepika Sakhrani has resigned from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f November 23 2018.<BR> <BR> Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Ms Deepika Sakhrani also ceases to be a compliance officer of the Company. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).<BR>
