BIRLA COTSYN (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2019 inter alia to consider and approve In view of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the meeting for approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2019 will be held on Monday 27th May 2019 at the registered office of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further as informed you earlier vide our letter dated 4th April 2019 that under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window has been closed from 4th April 2019 till 29th May 2019 (both days inclusive).
