As already informed to you the Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process(CIRP) since 16th July 2018 and as per section 17 of the Code the powers of the Board of Directors of Sterling International Enterprises Ltd. stands suspended and such powers shall be vested with the undersigned the Insolvency Professional having IP Registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00419/2017-18/10742 appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional. Further the undersigned have also been appointed as the Resolution Professional of Sterling International Enterprises Ltd by the Committee of Creditors.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed herewith the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2019 pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on records and oblige.
