The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates their valuable contribution and support during their term as the Director of the Company.<BR> Further Mr. Ashish Ramesh Mahendrakar the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company (PAN : AIWPM6333N) has also stepped down from the position of the CFO office of the Company with effect from today .i.e. April 172021. The Board of Director of the Company appreciates his valuable contribution and support during his tenure as the CFO of the Company.
