The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today and has approved the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Half Year ended September 30 2021. Further we would like to inform that the Standalone financial results have already been approved by the Board in the Board of Directors Meeting held on 13th September 2021 and the same were filed with BSE Website. We also submitted herewith Standalone & Consolidated Auditors Limited Review Report along with Unaudited financial results of the company for the period ended 30th September 2021 pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.<BR> <BR> The Board of Directors meeting commenced at 4.00 P.M. today and the Agenda items given in Notice of Board meeting were approved by the Board of Directors.<BR>
