We wish to inform you that Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chandigarh Bench has passed an Order of Liquidation of the Company on April 12 2022. A certified copy of the Order passed by the NCLT is enclosed.Mr Dharmendra Kumar Bhasin has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the Company vide the said Order.
