Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from 1st October 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ending on 30th September 2022.
