In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct of the Company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors designated persons and other officials covered under the code with effect from 1st January 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended as on 31st December 2022.
