We would like to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for trading in the Companys securities by all the Promoters Directors Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022.The date of Board Meeting to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2022 shall be intimated separately in due course.
