This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the directors and other persons covered under the code from January 01st 2023 to till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31st 2022.
