We would like to inform you that as per the Companys minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2023 upto 48 hours from the declaration of un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2022 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors officers and designated employees of the Company.Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2022 shall be intimated in due course.This is for your information and record please.
