Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 and based on the certificate received from M/s Link Intime India Pvt Ltd (Registrar & Transfer Agent) we hereby certify that the certificates of security received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended 31st December 2022 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by our Registrar & Transfer Agent within 15 days of receipt of such certificates.Further we hereby confirm that the security certificates received and accepted for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as Registered Owner. Further the certificate of securities which were dematerialized have been listed on the stock exchanges.
