The Meeting of Independent Directors of the Company will be held on 30th January 2023 to consider following matters as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 and as per Schedule IV of Companies Act 2013. (i) To review the performance of non-independent directors and the board ofdirectors as a whole; (ii) To review the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity taking intoaccount the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; (iii) To assess the quality quantity and timeliness of flow of information betweenthe management of the listed entity and the board of directors that isnecessary for the board of directors to effectively and reasonably performtheir duties. (iv) Any other matter.
