NIRAV COMMERCIALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.As informed by our communication dated 29th December 2022 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1st January 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results i.e up to 16th February 2023(both days inclusive).
