Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Tuesday 31st January 2023 is fixed as record date for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of nominal value of Rs.2/- each to the members of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 as declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 18th January 2023.
