The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 20th January 2023 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.As per Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the said financial results were published in the in the following newspapers :i.
