Purohit Construction Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023 inter-alia to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended on 31st December 2022. Further vide our letter dated 30th March 2022 We had informed the exchange that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31st 2022.
