The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards (lnd-As) and the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. S. T. Mohite & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN - 011410S) Statutory Auditors of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and pursuant to SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/44/2019 dated 29th March 2019 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and placed before the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today. The same are approved and taken on record by the Board.
