we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 31st January 2023 inter-alia approved the following matters along with other routine business activities:<BR> 1. Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report issued by statutory auditor of the Company.<BR> <BR> 2. Principally approved vide NSE Circular NSE/COMP/50957 dated 07th January 2022 to demerge Arihant Financial Services Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company) (NBFC Company) subject to approval of shareholders Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other statutory authorities as required.<BR> <BR>
