SSPDL Limited will be held on Thursday the 9th day of February 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2022.In view of the above please note that the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed till 11.02.2023 i.e. trading window is closed from 1st January 2023 to 11th February 2023 (both days inclusive).You are requested to take note of the same.
