In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to submit that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 31st January 2023 has principally approved proposed Demerger of Arihant Financial Services Limited subject to approval of Shareholders Reserve Bank of India Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other Statutory Authorities. Enclosed as Annexure-I is the information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
