ISF LIMITEDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of ISF Limited (the Company) is schedule to be held on Friday February 10 2023 at 12:00 P.M. inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended as on 31st December 2022 along with the draft Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.In continuation to our letter dated 30th December 2022 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated persons (the Code) the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st January 2023 and till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31stDecember 2022.Please take the same on your records.
