This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Friday 17th February 2023 as the record date for determining entitlement of Members for payment of Interim Dividend on equity shares for FY2022-23. This record date is subject to declaration and approval of Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled on Wednesday 8th February 2023.
