FORTUNE INTERNATIONAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 29 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 13th February 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company at 03:00 p.m. inter alia to consider and approve the following transactions:a) Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2022.b) To fix remuneration of Mr. Anil Kumar Kukreja Chief Financial Officer of the Company.Further the Company confirms that as per Clause V of the Companys Internal Code of Conduct the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the designated persons covered under the said code of the Company from Monday 06th February 2023 to Monday 13th February 2023 (both days inclusive).
