Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Company has already submitted the statement of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ Nine months ended December 31 2022 along with copy of Limited Review Report as issued by the auditors of the Company in the prescribed format on Saturday 04 2022 after conclusion of Board meeting held on that date. However due to inadvertence we missed to mention the time of conclusion of Board meeting. We are re-submitting herewith statement of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ Nine months ended December 31 2022 along with copy of Limited Review Report as issued by the auditors of the Company in the prescribed format. The same has been taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Saturday February 04 2023 that was commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 1.10 pm.
