Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from Saturday 31st December 2022 shall continue to remain closed as per our letter dated Friday 30th December 2022 submitted to BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting.
